What are the operating procedures to pay attention to when starting an electric forklift?
1. Maintain an appropriate starting speed during startup and avoid excessive force.
2. Pay attention to the voltage on the voltmeter. If it is below the limit voltage, the forklift should stop running immediately.
3. During the operation of the forklift, it is not allowed to change the direction of travel by turning the direction switch, in order to prevent burning of electrical components and damage to gears.
4. Driving and lifting should not be carried out simultaneously.
5. Pay attention to the sound of the drive system and steering system to ensure that it is normal. If any abnormal sound is detected, promptly troubleshoot the issue and strictly prohibit working with a problem.
6. Slow down in advance when making changes.
7. When working on poor road conditions, the importance should be appropriately reduced and the driving speed should be lowered.
